Tulsidas Ji has written in Ramcharitmanas that,

क्षिति जल पावक गगन समीरा। पंच रचित यह अधम सरीरा।।

Meaning our body is made up of five elements.

Soil, water, fire, air, and sky.

Of these five elements, today we talk about water, there is no color of water, water is lifeless, but water has made our life and this world colorful and lively, with about 70% of this earth. The greater part is covered with water. Water is also 70% of our body weight, of which bones are composed of 24%, teeth 10%, skin 80%, brain 75%, muscles 75%, blood 85%.

Therefore, drinking too much water or less water is harmful to health.

So it is necessary that we should have knowledge about water, such as how much water to drink, how to drink when to drink, the benefits or disadvantages of drinking more or less water and which water to drink, such as plain or cold. With the RO, UV, UF, or MF, you will find answers to these questions in this blog.

In 1945, the Food and Nutrition Board of America's National Research Council stated that we should drink 1 ml of water to digest every 1 calorie of food. 1 man needs 2500 calories and a woman needs 2000 calories for a day. This means the man should drink 2.5 liters and the woman should drink 2 liters, which is about 8 glasses of 240 millimeters.

2

You should drink as many liters of water as much as you eat salt in grams per day. The common man should eat 3 or 4 grams of salt in a day, that is, drink at least 3 liters of water.

3

Measure your body weight in kilograms and divide it by 30, what will be answer drink that much water in liters. For example, if you weigh 90 kg, then you should drink 3 liters of water throughout the day.

In this count, all kinds of fluids and water from food items are also counted, but remember tea and coffee should not be drunk much because they contain caffeine which is harmful to health.

About 2.5 lt. to 3 lt. every day we discard water from the body, 1.5 lt through the kidney, 0. 4 lt by Breathing and exhaling, 0.2 lt. through Gastrointestinal track And 0.5 lt through the skin.

There is no actual water storage in the body. The water that we lose must be replaced because a human cannot survive more than a few days without water.

Hypothermia is caused by drinking too much water, which is a condition caused by excess water

In which

1) Dizziness.

2) Headache.

Which water should we drink

There are also different types of water such as plain water, cold water, hot water, our body makes cold water hot or plain first, then it can digest it. That is why we should drink water plain or light hot, not cold at all.

But in today's era, water has also become contaminated, a lot of techniques have come in the market to clean it,

like

RO Reverse Osmosis

Uv Ultra Violet

UF Ultra Filtration

MF Micro Filtration

Before understanding the techniques, let's know TDS  ( Total Dissolved Solids ), Water is a Universal Solvent, which means that water rapidly mixes all kinds of substances found in it. Some substances are harmful to our bodies. TDS is usually 250 to 300 is good for health, more than this TDS causes harm.

1

RO & UV works on electricity.

UF & MF work without electricity.

2

RO & UF remove bacteria and viruses from the water.

UV kills bacteria and viruses.

MF removes bacteria but not viruses.

3

RO requires more water pressure, which is why extra water motor is fitted in RO.

RO filter is 0.0001 micron, from which RO also removes metal TDS like copper, mercury, lead.

4

RO-UF - MF cleans the soil if found in water. UV does not remove the color of soil from water.

5

Water wastage is more in RO, but RO is better for today's contaminated water, RO water is drinkable, but RO also removes essential minerals, due to which clean drinking water of RO can reduce the mineral in our bodies, so do not drink RO water directly from the system, keep that water in the clay pot for 3 to 4 hours.

Clay pot had natural quality to replace lost useful minerals in water. So in this way, you will get a clean and right TDS quantity of potable water from the combination of a modern system and the old system.

Stay healthy by drinking good water and make others healthy by sharing this blog.
